Guarantee/Warranty Information


We offer a 90 day money back guarantee with the ATI Training Shoe and a (1) year warranty for any manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you should find any of our other products unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for exchange or purchase price credit.

Merchandise Return Policy

Products must be returned in mint condition or a 15 - 100% restocking fee will apply. Before returning any product, please call customer service for a return authorization (RA) number.
No products will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Returns are subject to company approval.
Custom made or custom ordered products may not be returned.
With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
No other warranty written or implied exists.
Manufacturers Warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.

Shipping & Handling

ATI prides our self on being able to process most orders the day they're received.
Shipping charges are added to each shipment.
Charges may vary according to size, weight and destination of each item(s).
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for UPS delivery.
Please call for shipping charges on orders outside the continental United States.
Oversize and heavy items are shipped freight carrier. Please call for shipping charges to your destination.
With freight carrier shipments, inside delivery and installation is not available. It is the receiver’s responsibility to unload and install products.
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for freight carrier shipments.

ATI is constantly updating its products. Some products may change (size, style, color) from what is shown on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Merchandise Lost or Damaged in Shipment

Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with driver.
Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected.
Keep all original cartons and merchandise “as received”.

Damage must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.
