Made of Lycra and Neoprene, the Skillz™ Shorts provide a skintight fit that eliminates chafing and pain. Individual inner pockets contain powder coated, lead weights to help develop specific muscle groups. Use will enhance and increase speed, quickness, and strength. Detachable lower sections make shorts versatile for a range of sports and training regimens.

The Quickfoot Ladder is 9.5 yards long (containing nineteen 18" squares) and unsnaps in the middle to form two half ladders. High density, round, plastic dowels ensure the Quickfoot Ladder will withstand the constant pounding of cleats. Weather resistant carrying bag is included.
Each lead weight is 8 ounces and powder coated black. The protective powder coating protects the user from contact with raw lead making it 100% environmentally safe. Each pack of weights in bundled ten to a pack creating the individual 5 lb. pack. The individual weights allow for incredible versatility.
