Katapult shoes

Have the agility and leg muscle conditioning you need no matter what sport you play. Our Katapult Training Shoe is a unique way to aid in the development of fast twitch muscle fibers, which relates to the stability and control you need to move your body in the way your sport requires it to. In a normal standing position with conventional athletic shoes roughly 2/3rds of the body’s weight is supported or rests on the heels with little effort from the calf muscles.
